Nicole has called the Elk Valley home for 25 years, including spending 22 dedicated years serving the community as a dental hygienist at Mountainview Dental Centre. Following her retirement in August 2025, she decided to turn a lifelong passion for community safety into her next big chapter.
Throughout her 35 years in the health care profession, Nicole didn’t just maintain her own CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications—she actively expanded her first aid skills to volunteer as Safety Crew for local races and community events. Teaching was always the long-term dream for her retirement. Today, after dedicating herself to advanced courses and certifications, that dream is a reality.
As a certified Canadian Red Cross Instructor and Training Partner, Nicole is thrilled to launch her new business. She brings decades of real-world clinical experience to every classroom, offering empowering, high-quality training in Standard and Emergency First Aid, CPR (Levels A & C), and BLS.
When she isn’t helping participants gain lifesaving confidence, you’ll find Nicole embracing the mountain lifestyle or hitting the open road with her husband in their van, ‘Abi’.
